Behaviour and business psychology

One of the success factors in a business relationship is e.g. to identify and understand the other's personality profile, and thereby adapt its approach during the conversation. This is applicable both in a business meeting as with an employee. One not entirely unusual remark after a meeting is; "The meeting was not as I expected, we had very different personal chemistry ..."

Being able to handle different personality profiles can sometimes be crucial.

We develop your ability in this by:
 

• Teaching the basics of behavioural psychology
• How these can be applied in my role as a leader, business manager
• Train you in how to identify different personality types
• Training on how, with knowledge of their own personality profile, to act and deal with people with different profiles
• Go through defense and arguing mechanisms and how they are handled

To succeed in today's working life, it is vital with increased knowledge and ability in behavioural psychology and how to use those skills in sharp situations.
