
Customer Services / How to create business by phone
Customer services is a support function which by phone solves the customer's case / problem, in order to met the customer's expectations. It is also important to use these customer contacts to, if possible, create some kind of additional sales.
Xplan has developed a program to educate and train the customer service organization where we:
- Develop each individual's service capability and customer awareness
- Teach how to use the company's and the group's resources in the best way
- Ensure that the management encourages and reinforces a selling behaviour
- Strengthen the group's sales technical skills
- Increase the group's ability to negotiate and deal with critical situations (unhappy customers, complaints e.g.)
These efforts give a proactive customer service, increasing both customer satisfaction as well as the company's sales.
