Miltronic is a fully owned subsidiary of the Lapp Group and the Group's sales company in the Swedish and Danish markets.
We are a full service provider and speed a wide range of cables and electrical components, nearly 35 000 articles. The main product areas are cable, specialty cables, cable glands, connectors and cable pull chains. Company cooperates with leading and quality conscious suppliers from around the world. Miltronic turnover 306 MSEK and have 90 employees.
Started cooperation 2004
We started our strategic partnership with Xplan 2004 and has since the start of collaboration had continued cooperation project to strengthen and develop Miltronic to become the leading player in its segment.
Xplans mission has been, among others:
- developing well-functioning steering and business planning model
- develop and strengthen the sales organization
- development of bonus salary model
- review the customer service organization to operate more proactive and customer-oriented
- support and change the product line and product managers' business practices to increase efficiency
- creation of a structured KA organization focusing on the strategically important customers
- along with sales management set a strategic sustainable prospecting process
- put structures and implementing a global CRM roll-out within the LAPP Group
In all these projects the guiding principle have been through professional change management and operational advisory services to key employee bring a desired way of working, skill level and behavior that meets the requirements that the world imposes on us as a leading player.
