• You have an academic education and several years of operative managerial experience
   
• You have experience in driving change processes successfully and are familiar to different business challenges of an organization
   
• You are perhaps today driving your own consultancy company, but would like to work within an established team
   
• You know what drives business and are committed to develop companies and its employees to its full potential
   
• You have a high self drive and take own responsibility to create and deliver projects
   
• You manage English both in spoken and written
